摘要
西南民族地区在全国发展稳定大局中具有举足轻重的地位,西部振兴的关键是教育振兴。基于西南地区S省A州各县(市)2025-2035年基础教育学龄人口预测数据测算未来教师资源需求变化趋势,并讨论未来各教育学段不同区域间教师资源的供需匹配情况后发现,西南民族地区除学前教育外各学段教师需求量总体呈下降趋势,学前教育教师需求量急剧上升;其他学段除高中教师需求量在2030年有小幅反弹增加外,均呈下降趋势。应根据人口变动趋势分短期、中期、长期对西南民族地区教师资源配置进行优化。
Based on the predicted data of the school-age population in basic education in A Prefecture from 2025to 2035,it calculates the changing trend of future teacher resource demands and discusses the supply and demand matching of teacher resources in different regions at various educational stages in the future.It finds that the overall demand for teachers in all stages except preschool education in southwest ethnic areas is on a downward trend,while the demand for preschool education teachers is sharply increasing.Except for a slight rebound in the demand for high school teachers in 2030,the demand for teachers in other stages is also on a downward trend.Optimization of teacher resource allocation in southwest ethnic areas under the trend of population changes should be carried out through three-stage paths:immediate response,medium-term adjustment and long-term improvement.
