双螺杆活化胶粉/SBS复合改性沥青的制备及性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用双螺杆活化胶粉和苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)改性剂,通过复合改性的方式,制备了双螺杆活化胶粉/SBS复合改性沥青,通过常规指标、PG分级、流变性能及荧光图谱等测试技术,对其性能进行了研究。结果表明:双螺杆活化胶粉颗粒在沥青中均匀分布但彼此间未发生交联,显著增大了复合改性沥青的表观黏度和弹性,而SBS改性剂颗粒相互交联形成三维网状结构,增强了复合改性沥青的结构强度,提升了复合改性沥青的黏弹性能;双螺杆活化胶粉和SBS改性剂的低温拉伸性能赋予了复合改性沥青良好的低温性能,PG分级低温等级可达-34℃;双螺杆活化胶粉/SBS复合改性沥青的储存稳定性与活化胶粉和SBS改性剂在沥青中分散时的颗粒粒径大小息息相关,荧光相态粒径越小,储存稳定性越好;双螺杆活化胶粉和SBS改性剂在沥青中的荧光相态粒径在0.85μm左右,保证了复合改性沥青具有良好的储存稳定性;综合考虑储存稳定性、常规指标和流变性能,最终确定了双螺杆活化胶粉掺量为25%、SBS改性剂掺量为2.5%、抽出油掺量为5%、稳定剂掺量为0.15%的最优配方;采用荧光相态粒径可有效表征复合改性沥青的储存稳定性,但与规范中的宏观离析指标界定值相对应的荧光相态粒径界定值,仍需进行大量的试验研究。 Twin-screw activated rubber powder and styrene-butadiene-styrene(SBS)block copolymer modifiers were used to prepare twin-screw activated rubber powder/SBSmodified asphalt through a compound modification method.The performance of the modified asphalt was studied using conventional indicators,PG grading,rheological performance,and fluorescence spectroscopy tests.The results showed that the twin-screw activated rubber powder particles were evenly distributed in the asphalt without cross-linking between them,significantly increasing the apparent viscosity and elasticity of the modified asphalt.Meantime,theSBS modifier particles cross-linked with each other to form a three-dimensional network structure,enhancing the structural strength of the modified asphalt and improving its viscoelastic performance.The low-temperature stretching properties of twin-screw activated rubber powder and SBS modifier endowed the modified asphalt with good low-temperature performance,with a PG grading low-temperature level of-34℃.The storage stability of the twin-screw activated rubber powder/SBS modified asphalt was closely related to the particle size of the activated rubber powder and SBSmodifier dispersed in the asphalt.The smaller the fluorescence phase particle size,the better the storage stability.The fluorescence phase particle size of twin-screw activated rubber powder and SBS modifier in asphalt was around 0.85μm,ensuring the good storage stability of the modified asphalt.Considering storage stability,conventional indicators and rheological performance,the optimal formula was determined to be:25%twin-screw activated rubber powder,2.5%SBS modifier,5%extracted oil,and 0.15%stabilizer.Fluorescence phase particle size could effectively characterize the storage stability of the modified asphalt,but the fluorescence phase particle size boundary value corresponding to the macro-segregation index in the specification still requires a large number of experimental studies.
