摘要
新型城镇化和农业现代化的协调发展是乡村振兴战略的重要引擎,运用熵值法与耦合协调度模型,对2013~2022年滨州市以及2016、2019、2022年滨州市下辖7个县域的新型城镇化与农业现代化之间的耦合协调关系进行测算和分析。研究显示:滨州市“两化”双系统多年间均处于高水平耦合阶段;两个子系统的协调度表现为持续上升的趋势,从濒临失调逐步转化为优良协调;滨州市“两化”的协调发展呈现不均衡特点,黄河以南,以北表现不同的发展格局,在时间和空间上都反映出差异化的现象。基于此,更加需要全面强化对于新型城镇化的建设以及农业现代化的发展,避免出现薄弱县的现象,以促进滨州市的全面发展。
Coordinated development of new urbanization and agricultural modernization is an important engine of the rural revitalization strategy Using the entropy value method and the coupling coordination degree model,the coupling and coordination relationship between new urbanization and agricultural modernization in Binzhou City and seven counties under the jurisdiction of Binzhou City from 2013 to 2022 and in 2016,2019 and 2022 is measured and analyzed.The results show that the dual system of“two modernizations”in Binzhou City is at a high level of coupling over the years;the coordination degree of the two subsystems shows a continuous up-ward trend,gradually transforming from on the verge of dissonance to excellent coordination;the coordinated development of“two modernizations”in Binzhou City shows uneven characteristics,with the southern part of the Yellow River,the northern part of the Yellow River,and the southern part of the northern part of the Yan-gtze River,and the southern part of the northern part of the Yellow River.The coordinated development of Binzhou City's“two cultures”is characterized by unevenness,with the south of the Yellow River and the north of the city showing different development patterns,and the phenomenon of differentiation in both time and space.Based on this,it is more necessary to strengthen the construction of new urbanization and the de-velopment of agricultural modernization to avoid the phenomenon of weak counties,so as to promote the com-prehensive development of Binzhou City.
