摘要
贵州草海国家级自然保护区是黑颈鹤(Grus nigricollis)目前重要的越冬地之一,黑颈鹤在此夜栖地比较固定,为观察黑颈鹤夜栖种群时空分布,于2019年10月—2020年3月,每日同步对7个夜栖地监测,调查黑颈鹤种群数量。研究结果表明:黑颈鹤在草海保护区迁徙时期分为迁入期、稳定期和迁出期,迁徙规律保持稳定的“增加—稳定—减少”模式。黑颈鹤夜栖种群呈聚集型分布于7个夜栖地,在稳定期,黑颈鹤种群数量分布为温家屯(406±46只)>胡叶林(369±23只)>阳关山(270±61只)>刘家巷(218±9只)>朱家湾(200±38只)>王家院子(174±21只)>吴家岩头(167±0只),胡叶林、温家屯、阳关山、吴家岩头4个夜栖点之间黑颈鹤种群数量相互有显著的负相关。
Caohai National Nature Reserve in Guizhou Province is one of the most important overwintering sites for the black-necked cranes(Grus nigricollis).This study aims to clarify the spatial and temporal distribution for the perch population of the black-necked crane at night.Seven roosting sites of the black-necked crane were monitored daily in the reserve from October 2019 to March 2020.The results showed that the migration period of the black-necked crane was divided into the entering,stable and removal period,indicating the stable migration pattern of“increase,stability and decrease”.The black-necked crane population was clustered at the roosting sites.During the stable period,the distribution of population was ranked in the descending order of the Wenjiatun(406±46)>Huyelin(369±23)>Yangguanshan(270±61)>Liujiaxiang(218±9)>Zhujiawan(200±38)>Wangjiayuan(174±21)>Wujiyantou(167±0).There was a significant negative correlation between the population patterns at Huyelin,Wenjiatun,Yangguanshan and Wujiyantou.
