摘要
文中对大变径吸收塔的结构进行了分析,采用分段常规计算与重点部位应力分析相结合的方法进行强度校核,再与整体有限元建模计算方法的结果相比较,得出2种计算方法的结果基本一致的结论。此方法不要求对设备整体建模,减小了计算的难度系数,缩短了计算周期,可在不具备有限元整体分析设计能力的情况下参考使用。
In this paper,the structure of the tower with large variable diameter was analyzed,and the strength was checked by the method of sectional conventional calculation and stress analysis of the key parts,and then was compared with the results of the integral finite element modeling method,the conclusion was gotten that the results of the two calculation methods are basically consistent.This method does not require overall modeling of the equipment,reduce the difficulty of calculation,shorten the calculation cycle,and can be used for reference without the ability of overall finite element analysis and design.
