摘要
“一带一路”倡议下中俄农业合作是向北经济发展的重要推手,向北经济发展为“一带一路”倡议下中俄农业合作提供了有力支持,二者紧密联系、不可割裂。基于“一带一路”倡议下中俄农业合作推进向北经济发展的重要性和理论逻辑分析,进一步审视其合作潜力及推进方向,剖析了其制约因素,进而提出了“一带一路”倡议下中俄农业合作推进向北经济发展的实现路径,一是优化中俄农产品贸易结构,加快农业产业合理布局;二是拓宽农业开发投入资金渠道,促进要素资源合理配置;三是提高农业企业竞争力,培育新的经济增长极;四是加快农业次区域合作,达成更高合作共识。
Under the Belt and Road Initiative,China-Russia agricultural cooperation is an important driving force for the economic development to the north,and the economic development to the north provides strong support for the agricultural cooperation between China and Russia under the BRI.The two are closely linked and inseparable.Based on the analysis of the importance and theoretical logic of China-Russia agricultural cooperation to promote economic development to the north under the BRI,this paper further examines its cooperation potential and promotion direction,analyzes its constraints,and then puts forward the realization path of China-Russia agricultural cooperation to promote economic development to the north under the BRI.First,we should optimize the trade structure of agricultural products between China and Russia and accelerate the reasonable layout of the agricultural industry;The second is to broaden the channels of investment funds for agricultural development and promote the rational allocation of factor resources;The third is to improve the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises and foster new economic growth poles;Fourth,we should speed up sub-regional cooperation in agriculture and reach a higher consensus on cooperation.
