摘要
目的探析大豆油、中链甘油三酯、橄榄油和鱼油等多种油脂肪乳剂(SMOF)在缓解极低出生体重儿肠外营养及并发症的影响。方法将68例入住郑州大学第三附属医院ICU的极低出生体重儿,按时间先后划分为参照组(2023年5月至2024年1月)和试验组(2024年2月至2024年10月),各34例,分别予以中长链脂肪乳剂(MCT/LCT)和SMOF治疗,对比两组肠外营养及并发症情况。结果试验组开奶、住院时长均较参照组更短(P<0.05),胃肠外营养、达全肠内营养、出院体重、纠正胎龄之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组各项生化指标均较参照组更低(P<0.05);试验组并发症总发生率较参照组更低(P<0.05)。结论极低出生体重儿予以SMOF治疗,有助于缩短开奶及住院时长,改善肝功能与血脂指标,降低并发症发生率。
Objective To investigate the effects of soybean oil,medium chain triglyceride,olive oil,fish oil and other oil fat emulsion(SMOF)on relieving parenteral nutrition and complications in very low birth weight infants.Methods A total of 68 very low birth weight infants admitted to the ICU of The Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were divided into the control group(May 2023 to January 2024)and the experimental group(February 2024 to October 2024)according to time,34 cases in each group,and were treated with medium and long chain fat emulsion(MCT/LCT)and SMOF,respectively.Parenteral nutrition and complications were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the duration of milk opening and hospitalization in experimental group were shorter(P<0.05),and there were no significant differences in parenteral nutrition,total enteral nutrition,discharge weight and corrected gestational age(P>0.05).The biochemical indexes of experimental group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate of experimental group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion SMOF treatment for very low birth weight infants can shorten the duration of milk opening and hospitalization,improve liver function and blood lipid indexes,and reduce the incidence of complications.
