摘要
针对闽南地区花岗岩机制砂配制不同强度等级的非泵送和泵送混凝土试块,按照标准试验方法分别测试混凝土试件的碳化深度值,通过系统分析混凝土碳化深度值随龄期的变化,研究不同强度等级不同龄期花岗岩机制砂混凝土的碳化性能,并对碳化性能进行了分析。研究结果表明:不同强度等级的非泵送混凝土和泵送混凝土碳化深度值大致上随龄期的增长而增大。同一强度等级的非泵送混凝土在各个龄期的碳化深度值基本上比泵送混凝土的大,其碳化性能低,但龄期在180 d以后非泵送混凝土的碳化深度值增幅度小于泵送混凝土的碳化深度值增幅度。混凝土强度等级越低,其碳化深度值越大,碳化性能越低。混凝土强度等级越高,混凝土内部越密实,碳化性能越高。
This paper studies non-pumped concrete and pumped concrete specimens of different strength grades which are prepared with the machine-made granite sands found in South Region of Fujian province.According to the standard test method,the carbonation depth values of these concrete specimens are tested respectively.By systematically analyzing the change of carbonation depth values with age,the carbonation performance of the machine-made granite sand concretes of different strength grades and ages are studied.The results show that the carbonation depth values of non-pumped concrete and pumped concrete which are of different strength grades generally increase with their age.The carbonation depth value of non-pumped concrete which is of the same strength grade is basically greater at each age than that of pumped concrete and its carbonation performance is lower.But the carbonation depth value of non-pumped concrete increases less than that of pumped concrete after 180d.The lower the strength grade of concrete,the greater the carbonation depth value and the lower the carbonation performance;the higher the strength grade of concrete,the denser the interior of concrete and the higher the carbonation performance.
