摘要
目的探讨日间病房环境危险因素评估在预防老年患者住院期间跌倒的应用价值。方法将河南省人民医院2024年7月至2025年2月日间病房收治的120例住院患者作为研究对象,依据随机数表法将患者分为对照组(n=60)行常规跌倒风险护理,观察组(n=60)采用《老年跌倒相关住院环境安全因素评估表》来分析病房环境中的不安全因素,实施有针对性的跌倒护理。比较实施前、后日间病房住院患者跌倒风险。结果观察组跌倒高风险、中风险患者少于对照组,跌倒低风险患者多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对日间病房环境危险因素评估,可降低老年患者住院期间跌倒事件发生风险,提高护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application value of environmental risk factor assessment in day wards for preventing falls among elderly inpatients.Methods From July 2024 to February 2025,120 inpatients in the day ward of Henan Provincial People's Hospital were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(n=60),which received routine fall risk nursing,and an observation group(n=60),which used the"Elderly Fall-Related Inpatient Environment Safety Factor Assessment Form"to analyze unsafe factors in the ward environment and implement targeted fall prevention nursing.The fall risk of day ward inpatients was compared before and after the intervention.Results The observation group had fewer patients at high and medium fall risk and more at low fall risk compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Assessing environmental risk factors in day wards can reduce the risk of falls among elderly inpatients and improve nursing satisfaction.
