摘要
阐述了核桃仁物理脱衣、低温液压冷榨制备冷榨核桃油及脱脂核桃粉的集成工艺,该工艺能有效保持核桃仁的天然品质和营养成分,显著提高生产效能的同时实现产品附加值的提升。
The integrated process for physically peeling walnut kernels,preparing cold-pressed walnut oil through low-temperature hydraulic pressing,and producing defatted walnut powder is elaborated.This process effectively preserves the natural quality and nutritional components of walnut kernels,significantly enhances production efficiency,and simultaneously increases the added value of the products.
