摘要
采用粉末压片-X射线荧光光谱法(X-Ray Fluorescence Spectroscopy,XRF)对城市绿心区土壤团聚体中的重金属元素进行测定,并与传统检测方法对比,重点分析检测效率、准确性及误差来源。通过粉末压片法制备样品,利用XRF技术同步测定17种金属元素(Zr、Sr、Rb、Th、Pb、Nb、Ga、Zn、Fe、Mn、Cr、Ce、V、Al、Mg、Na、La)及7种氧化物(Al_(2)O_(3)、CaO、Fe_(2)O_(3)、K_(2)O、MgO、Na_(2)O、SiO_(2))。实验结果表明,该方法在检出限、精密度(RSD≤14%)、准确度(RE≤±19%)及平行双样相对偏差(RD≤15%)等指标均符合DZ/T0279.1—2016标准要求。该方法具有快速高效、环境友好、成本低廉等优势,为城市绿心区土壤重金属污染监测提供了可靠技术支撑。
This study employed the powder pressing-X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy(XRF)method to determine heavy metal elements in soil aggregates from the urban green heart zone,with a comparative analysis of detection efficiency,accuracy,and error sources against traditional methods.Samples were prepared via powder pressing,and 17 metal elements(Zr,Sr,Rb,Th,Pb,Nb,Ga,Zn,Fe,Mn,Cr,Ce,V,Al,Mg,Na,La)and 7 oxides(Al_(2)O_(3)、CaO、Fe_(2)O_(3)、K_(2)O、MgO、Na_(2)O、SiO_(2))were simultaneously measured using XRF.Experimental results demonstrated that the method met the requirements of the DZ/T0279.1-2016 standard in terms of detection limit,precision(RSD≤14%),accuracy(RE≤±19%),and parallel sample relative deviation(RD≤15%).The method exhibits advantages of rapid analysis,environmental friendliness,and cost-effectiveness,providing reliable technical support for monitoring heavy metal pollution in soil aggregates of urban green heart zones.
