H13钢多弧离子镀CrAlN/TiAlN复合涂层的组织性能研究

摘要 为了提高H13钢表面显微硬度和耐磨性能,采用多弧离子镀技术在氮化处理后的H13钢表面制备CrAlN/TiAlN复合涂层,并分析对比其组织性能。实验结果表明:氮化处理后的H13钢沉积CrAlN/TiAlN复合涂层的显微硬度得到显著提升,其中TiAlN+CrAlN复合涂层的显微硬度可以达到3957 HV,是H13钢基体显微硬度(200 HV)的近20倍。结合摩擦磨损实验得出:复合涂层的磨损率低于单层涂层以及H13钢基体,其中,TiAlN+CrAlN复合涂层的磨损率为2.99×10^(-7)mm^(3)/(N·m),比H13钢基体低了两个数量级,耐磨性能提高最为显著,其次是CrAlN+TiAlN复合涂层,其磨损率为1.72×10^(-6)mm^(3)/(N·m)。综合表明复合涂层不仅显著提高了H13钢的显微硬度,还有效提高H13钢的耐磨性能。 In order to improve the microhardness and wear resistance of the surface of H13 steel,CrAlN/TiAlN composite coating was prepared on the surface of H13 steel after nitriding treatment by multi-arc ion plating technology,and its microstructure and properties were analyzed and compared.The experimental results showed that the microhardness of CrAlN/TiAlN composite coating deposited on H13 steel after nitriding treatment was significantly improved.Among them,the microhardness of the TiAlN+CrAlN composite coating can reach 3957 HV,which was nearly 20 times the microhardness of H13 steel substrate(200 HV).Combined with the friction and wear experiments,it was concluded that the wear rate of the composite coating was lower than that of the single-layer coating and H13 steel substrate.Among them,the wear rate of the TiAlN+CrAlN composite coating was 2.99×10^(-7) mm^(3)/(N·m),which was two orders of magnitude lower than that of the H13 steel substrate.The improvement in wear resistance was the most significant,followed by the CrAlN+TiAlN composite coating.Its wear rate was 1.72×10^(-6) mm^(3)/(N·m).The comprehensive results showed that the composite coating not only significantly improved the microhardness of H13 steel,but also effectively enhanced the wear resistance of H13 steel.
