教育家精神引领师德师风涵养的逻辑与路径——全国教书育人楷模何桂琴老师专访

The Logic and Pathways of Cultivating Teachers'Professional Ethics Guided by Educators'Spirit——An Exclusive Interview with He Guiqin,a National Model Educator

摘要 何桂琴老师扎根基础教育30余年,自觉涵养教育家精神,逐渐成长为全国教书育人楷模。她跨越教育时空,不断超越自我,形成了以深厚知识修养和道德文化品位为符码的个体师德师风建设逻辑。她聚焦自己经历的师德师风建设的叙事与思考,嵌入立德修身、学生成长、道德追寻等一系列话语实践,以其自然的教育广角镜,揭示了师德师风建设的基本路径。她认为,师德师风是教师的精神内核,教育的本质要求、社会发展需求和教师职业需要是师德师风建设遵循的基本逻辑。她超越自我,总结出细心、细节、细微的方法论,对教育事业心怀无上尊崇,提出要坚持以生为本、践行爱岗敬业、制定常态化师德师风评价监督保障机制,为新时代师德师风涵养提供了新思路。 He Guiqin,a senior high school teacher,has dedicated over three decades to basic education.Consciously cultivating the educators'spirit,she has grown into a National Model Educator.By transcending educational boundaries through persistent self-transcendence,she has formulated the logic for cultivating teachers'professional ethics at the individual level,grounded in profound intellectual cultivation,ethical values and cultural literacy as cultural symbols.In order to explore the scientific approach to constructing teachers'professional ethics in the new era,we conducted an exclusive interview with her through the dialogic interview method.Focusing on the narration and reflection on her experiences in professional ethics cultivation,she embedded discursive practices encompassing moral cultivation,student development,and ethical pursuit.Through her innate educational perspective,she revealed the fundamental path for constructing teachers'professional ethics.She contends that teachers'professional ethics and conduct form the moral-spiritual core of educators,rooted in?the essential demands of education,societal development needs,and professional demands of teaching constitute the underlying logic.By transcending herself,she summarized the methodology that emphasizes circumspection,attention to detail,and sensitivity to nuance.With profound reverence for education,she proposes to adhere to the student-centered pedagogy,exemplifies unwavering dedication to her vocation,and establishes a systematic evaluation,supervision and guarantee mechanism for teachers'professional ethics and conduct,which provides novel insights for teachers'professional ethics cultivation in the new era.
