摘要
在数字经济与产业变革的背景下,我国高等教育面临传统教育模式与创新人才培养需求的结构性矛盾。聚焦专业教育与创新创业教育深度融合的改革路径,系统构建“六融合”专创融合体系,涵盖“课程启智、项目实践、训练深化、竞赛提质、孵化赋能、创业落地”六大环节。通过认知科学驱动机制、主体性互动规律和系统协同理论,提出“思创、科创、赛创、工创、产创、就创”多维融合模式,破解学科壁垒与产教脱节问题。实践表明,该体系通过OBE课程重构、校企双导师制、三级孵化平台等机制,显著提升学生创新实践能力,实现竞赛获奖数增长、创业项目成果转化率提升等成效,推动学校在创新创业教育排名中连续跃升,为高素质应用型人才培养提供系统化解决方案。
Against the backdrop of digital economy and industrial transformation,China’s higher education is facing a structural contradiction between traditional education models and the demand for innovative talent cultivation.This article focuses on the reform path of deep integration between professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education,and systematically constructs a“six in one”professional and entrepreneurship integration system,covering six major links:“curriculum enlightenment,project practice,training deepening,competition quality improvement,incubation empowerment,and entrepreneurship landing”.Through the driving mechanism of cognitive science,the law of subjectivity interaction,and the theory of system collaboration,a multidimensional integration model of“thinking and innovation,science and technology innovation,competition innovation,industry innovation,production innovation,and on-site innovation”is proposed to break down the barriers between disciplines and the disconnect between industry and education.Practice has shown that this system significantly enhances students’innovation and practical abilities through mechanisms such as OBE curriculum restructuring,school enterprise dual mentorship system,and three-level incubation platform.It has achieved results such as an increase in international competition awards and an improvement in the conversion rate of entrepreneurial project achievements,promoting schools to continuously rise in innovation and entrepreneurship education rankings and providing systematic solutions for cultivating innovative talents.
