摘要
7T MRI作为超高场MRI技术的重要代表,已开始从科研走向临床,凭借超高的空间分辨率和卓越的信噪比,实现了从宏观解剖到分子代谢的全维度成像革新,为神经退行性疾病、脑血管病、脑肿瘤及骨关节疾病的精准诊断和超微影像研究提供了重要工具,在疾病早期诊断、疗效监测、预后评估甚至发病机制探索等方面展现出全新视角。
As a pivotal advancement in ultra-high field MRI,7T MRI has transitioned from research-oriented applications to clinical implementation.Leveraging its ultra-high spatial resolution and superior signal-to-noise ratio,this technology enables a revolutionary shift in multi-dimensional imaging spanning macro-anatomical visualization to molecular metabolic characterization.Particularly in neurodegenerative disorders,cerebrovascular diseases,brain tumors and osteoarticular diseases,7T MRI emerges as an indispensable tool for precise diagnosis and ultrastructural imaging investigations.It presents a new perspective in early diagnosis of disease,monitoring of curative effect,evaluation of prognosis and even exploration of pathogenesis.
