摘要 解释结构模型(ISM)作为系统分析工具,在信息资源管理领域展现了独特的理论与实践价值。旨在系统梳理ISM方法的理论发展与应用路径,探索其在揭示信息资源内在结构、优化服务流程及辅助决策中的潜力,分析其与其他分析方法结合的创新实践,以推动其在复杂系统研究中的进一步应用。基于国内外相关文献,从ISM方法的起源与发展出发,系统阐述其理论内涵、基本步骤及在信息资源管理领域的应用场景。同时,对ISM方法的衍生类型及与DEMATEL、扎根理论和MICMAC等数据分析工具的结合进行了深入探讨。此外,总结了ISM方法实施过程中的关键注意事项,对当前存在的挑战和未来可能的创新方向进行了探讨。研究表明,ISM方法能够有效分解复杂系统中的多元因素,构建层次分明的因果关系模型,为揭示信息资源管理中的结构逻辑及优化路径提供理论依据。同时,ISM与其他数据分析方法的结合,如DEMATEL的关键因素识别能力、扎根理论的实证支持及MICMAC的依赖关系分析,进一步增强了解析复杂系统的能力。尽管当前ISM方法在实际应用中尚存在数据获取困难、模型验证复杂及计算效率不足等问题,但在信息资源管理领域的应用潜力较大。 Interpretative Structural Modelling(ISM),as a system analysis tool,has demonstrated unique theoretical and practical value in the field of information resource management.The purpose of this paper is to systematically sort out the theoretical development and application path of ISM method,explore its potential in revealing the inner structure of information resources,optimizing service processes and assisting decision-making,and analyse its innovative practice of combining with other analytical methods,so as to promote its further application in the study of complex systems.Based on the relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper starts from the origin and development of ISM method,and systematically elaborates its theoretical connotation,basic steps and application scenarios in the field of information resource management.Meanwhile,the derived types of ISM method and its combination with data analysis tools such as DEMATEL,Zagan theory and MICMAC are discussed in depth.In addition,key considerations in the implementation of ISM methods are summarised,and their current challenges and possible future innovative directions are discussed.The study shows that the ISM method can effectively decompose the multiple factors in a complex system and construct a hierarchical causality model,which provides a theoretical basis for revealing the structural logic and optimisation paths in information resource management.Meanwhile,the combination of ISM with other data analysis methods,such as the key factor identification capability of DEMATEL,the empirical support of Rooted Theory and the dependency analysis of MICMAC,further enhances its ability to analyse complex systems.Although the current ISM method still has problems in practical application,such as difficult data acquisition,complex model validation and insufficient computational efficiency,its application potential in the field of information resource management is large.
