摘要
在“双碳”目标和乡村民宿高质量发展的背景下,研究乡村民宿低碳绿色化发展具有重要的理论与实践意义。文章以环巢湖区域典型乡村民宿为例,采用文献资料分析、实地调查、访谈等方法获得第一手研究数据,发现乡村民宿绿色低碳化发展的现实困境主要有:乡村民宿投资主体和管家认识相对不足,规划设计中绿色低碳技术运用不足,经营管理中能源消耗结构有待优化和消费者环境责任行为践行乏力。基于此,发展路径是:健全政策支持体系,制定绿色低碳民宿行业标准;科学制定区域民宿产业规划,打造环巢湖区域绿色品牌特色;进行绿色低碳乡村民宿评定,作为示范带动民宿高质量发展;加强民宿主理人才队伍建设,提高民宿绿色低碳管理水平;营造民宿旅游亲环境氛围,激发游客生态友好型消费行为。
In the context of the“dual carbon”goals and the high-quality development of rural homestays,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the development of rural homestays in a low-carbon and green way.This paper,taking the typical rural homestays around the Chaohu Lake region as an example,adopts methods of literature analysis,field survey and interviews to obtain first-hand research data.It is found that the realistic dilemmas in the development of green and low-carbon rural homestays mainly include insufficient awareness of green practices among investors and managers,inadequate integration of green and low-carbon technologies in planning and design,energy consumption structures requiring optimization in operational management,and weak implementation of environmental responsibility behaviors by consumers.Based on this,the development pathway involves enhancing policy support systems;formulating green,low-carbon hospitality industry standards for rural homestays;rationally planning regional homestay industries to shape distinctive green branding around the Chaohu Lake region;conducting green,low-carbon certifications for rural homestays;leveraging exemplary initiatives to drive high-quality development in the sector;strengthening the professional development of homestays hosts to elevate green,low-carbon management capabilities;and fostering a pro-environmental atmosphere for homestays tourism to stimulate eco-friendly consumption behavior of tourists.
