摘要
为了从杂种落叶松(Larix spp.)自由授粉处理(家系、杂种混、种源)中选择出速生且稳定的家系用于后续人工林营建,以牡丹江市林口县青山林场(简称青山)、齐齐哈尔市龙江县错海林场(简称错海)、铁力市林业局丰林林场(简称铁力)3个代表性环境的19 a杂种落叶松自由授粉家系子代林为研究对象,探究其生长变异及适应性情况。采用方差分析和差异性分析,用R语言进行育种值估算,并结合基因型主效应与基因型-环境互作效应(GGE)双标图联合分析各家系的速生性和稳定性。单点方差分析结果表明,杂种落叶松处理的生长性状在家系间差异极显著;多点联合方差分析结果表明,杂种落叶松处理的生长性状在处理、地点、年份及三者互作间均差异极显著;遗传参数分析结果表明,多年份各地点生长性状家系遗传力为0.573~0.905,受较强的遗传控制,变异系数为9.4%~58.5%;GGE双标图分析结果表明,各处理在不同试验点中的表现不同。结合材积育种值及稳定性的数据排名,最终筛选出4个优良家系,分别为日11×兴2、日12×兴9、日5×兴9、兴5×兴9,3地材积的遗传增益在19 a时分别为68.71%、59.70%、37.58%,比错海、青山、铁力试验林均值分别增产13.34%、17.21%、9.82%,比4个对照均值分别增产29.16%、44.64%、31.12%。
In order to select fast-growing and stable families from the free-pollinated treatments(families,hybrid mixtures,provenances)of hybrid Larix spp.for subsequent plantation establishment,the 19-year-old free-pollinated family progeny forests of hybrid Larix in three representative environments,namely Qingshan Forest Farm in Linkou County,Mudanjiang City(abbreviated as Qingshan),Cuohai Forest Farm in Longjiang County,Qiqihar City(abbreviated as Cuohai),and Fenglin Forest Farm of Tieli Forestry Bureau(abbreviated as Tieli),were taken as the research objects to explore their growth variation and adaptability.Analysis of variance and difference analysis were used,and the breeding values were estimated by R language.Combined with the combined analysis of the genotype main effect and genotype-environment interaction effect(GGE)biplot,the fast-growing property and stability of each family were analyzed.The results of single-point analysis of variance showed that there were extremely significant differences in growth traits among the families of hybrid Larix treatments.The results of multi-point combined analysis of variance showed that there were extremely significant differences in growth traits of hybrid Larix treatments among treatments,locations,years and the interaction of the three.The results of genetic parameter analysis showed that the family heritability of growth traits at each location in multiple years was 0.573-0.905,which was strongly controlled by genetics,and the coefficient of variation was 9.4%-58.5%.The results of GGE biplot analysis showed that the performances of each treatment were different at different experimental sites.Combined with the data ranking of volume breeding values and stability,four excellent families were finally screened out,namely Ri 11×Xing 2,Ri 12×Xing 9,Ri 5×Xing 9,and Xing 5×Xing 9.The genetic gains of the volumes at the three locations at 19 years old were 68.71%,59.70%,and 37.58%respectively,with an increase of 13.34%,17.21%,and 9.82%compared with the average values of the experimental forests in Cuohai,Qingshan,and Tieli respectively,and an increase of 29.16%,44.64%,and 31.12%compared with the average values of the four controls respectively.
