摘要
沙棘(Hippophae rhamnoides)种植分布广泛,资源极为丰富。为了减少沙棘枝条资源浪费,提高沙棘枝条资源的重复利用性,本文以沙棘枝条为原料,采用单因素试验法和正交试验法研究多元醇液化沙棘枝条工艺,并探究液化工艺因子对液化率的影响及各因素间的差异。单因素优化试验和正交试验结果表明:液化时间、液化温度、催化剂用量对沙棘枝条液化率的影响趋势均是先增加后减小。沙棘枝条液化工艺中各因素对沙棘枝条液化率的影响顺序为:催化剂用量>液化时间>液化温度,催化剂用量影响显著,液化时间有影响,液化温度影响不显著,最佳液化工艺为液化温度150℃、液化时间80 min、催化剂用量5%,在本工艺条件下液化产物可达到96.2%。经过FTIR分析表明,沙棘枝条液化过程中的化学成分(纤维素、木质素、半纤维素)发生降解反应,产生了大量的小分子聚合物(羟基),芳香环上的苯基在沙棘枝条液化过程中发生了取代基反应。
Sea buckthorn(Hippophae rhamnoides)is widely cultivated and has abundant resources.In order to reduce the waste of sea buckthorn resources and improve the reuse of sea buckthorn resources,this paper investigated the polyol liquefaction process using sea buckthorn as the raw material through single-factor tests and orthogonal tests.The influence of liquefaction process factors on the liquefaction rate and the differences among various factors were explored.The single-factor optimization test showed that the effects of liquefaction time,liquefaction temperature and catalyst dosage on the liquefaction rate of sea buckthorn increased first and then decreased.The sequence of influences of various factors on the liquefaction rate of sea buckthorn was as follows:The amount of catalyst>liquefaction time>liquefaction temperature,the amount of catalyst had a significant effect,while liquefaction time has a moderate effect,the liquefaction temperature has no significant effect.The optimal liquefaction conditions were determined to be a temperature 150℃,a time of 80 min,and a catalyst amount of 5%,under which the liquefaction product yield reached 96.2%.FTIR analysis indicated that the chemical components(cellulose,lignin and hemicellulose)in the liquefaction process of sea buckthorns were degraded,resulting in the production of a large number of small molecule polymers(hydroxyl).Additionally,the phenyl group on the aromatic ring reacted with substituents in the liquefaction process of sea buckthorns.
