氢氧切割技术在连铸中的应用

Application of Hydrogen Oxygen Cutting Technology in Continuous Casting

摘要 本文介绍了氢氧混合气切割技术在连铸生产中的设计思路,并研究了在连铸中的应用效果及经济效益。目前,炼钢厂板坯连铸切割工序主要以天然气或焦炉煤气作为燃烧介质、氧气作为助燃介质。但天然气切割具有割缝大、切割面有毛刺、挂渣多、切割烟尘大等缺点。通过对比、分析改造前后的能耗及连铸坯断面情况,确定连铸板坯使用氢氧火焰切割技术后割缝明显减小、切割面毛刺大幅度减少,同时节约能源,更加环保。 This article introduces the design idea of hydrogen oxygen cutting in continuous casting production,and studies the application effect and economic benefit in continuous casting.At present,the continuous casting and cutting process of steel mills mainly uses natural gas or coke oven gas as the combustion medium,and oxygen as the combustion supporting medium.However,natural gas cutting has disadvantages such as large cutting seams,burrs on the cross-section,excessive slag hanging,and large cutting smoke and dust.By comparing and analyzing the energy consumption and the section of continuous casting slab before and after the transformation,it is confirmed that the slit and the burr on the cutting surface of continuous casting slab are reduced significantly after using the hydrogen and oxygen flame cutting technology,which saves energy and is more environmentally friendly.
