回转式空预器密封结构优化及降低漏风率措施研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对回转式空预器漏风大导致的能源利用率下降、经济效益损失等问题,研究新型密封技术以降低漏风率并提升综合性能。基于目前回转式空预器运行中漏风率偏大(10%~12%),通过研究和对比,对回转式空预器密封进行不变形恒定漏风率改造。优化改造后空预器漏风率从常规8.5%降至5%以内,锅炉系统热效率提升1.0个百分点。不变形恒定密封技术与动态调控方法可显著抑制空预器漏风,兼具节能降耗与提升运行稳定性的双重效益。 Aiming at the problems of energy utilization decline and economic benefit loss caused by large air leakage in rotary air preheaters,this study investigates new sealing technologies to reduce air leakage rate and improve comprehensive performance.Based on the current operation of rotary air preheaters with a relatively high air leakage rate(10%~12%),a deformationresistant constant air leakage rate modification for the seals of rotary air preheaters is studied and compared.After optimization and modification,the air leakage rate of the air preheater is reduced from the conventional 8.5%to within 5%,and the thermal efficiency of the boiler system is increased by 1.0 percentage point.The deformation-resistant constant sealing technology and dynamic control method can significantly suppress air leakage in air preheaters,achieving dual benefits of energy conservation and consumption reduction as well as improved operation stability.
