摘要
为提高渡槽结构的水体冲刷能力,以江西梅江灌区项目为例,开展特大型现浇薄壁混凝土渡槽结构施工技术研究。基于模板承重能力、施工效率及成本效益考量,进行了渡槽模板科学选型。采用横向预应力锚固系统加固模板,并计算预应力损失及钢绞线伸长量以确保加固效果。在混凝土浇筑中,依据精确配合比挑选原材料,严格控制质量,采用分层浇筑并计算浇筑量以确保施工精度。完成施工后,进行渡槽结构预压,实现槽身体型有效控制。实践结果表明:该施工技术应用后,可以确保渡槽结构在投入应用后有效抵御水体的冲击,提高整体结构的稳定性。
To enhance the water erosion resistance of aqueduct structures,this study takes the Meijiang Irrigation District project in Jiangxi as an example to investigate the construction techniques of extra-large cast-in-place thin-walled concrete aqueducts.Considering the load-bearing capacity of formwork,construction efficiency,and cost-effectiveness,scientific selection of aqueduct formwork was carried out.A transverse prestressed anchorage system was adopted to reinforce the formwork,and the prestress loss and the elongation of steel strands were calculated to ensure the reinforcement effect.During concrete pouring,raw materials were selected according to precise mix ratios,and strict quality control was implemented.Layered pouring was adopted,and the pouring volume was calculated to ensure construction accuracy.After construction,preloading of the aqueduct structure was conducted to effectively control the shape of the aqueduct body.Practical results show that the application of the designed construction techniques can ensure that the aqueduct structure can effectively resist the impact of water after being put into use,improving the overall structural stability.
