摘要
基于酸轧机组拉矫机的结构和控制原理,针对低速拉矫板形不良、焊缝在拉矫机处断带、断带报警延迟、带钢张力超限和电机超负荷等常见问题进行原因分析,并提出了针对性的优化措施。通过优化改进,极大地改善了板形效果,保证了拉矫机的连续稳定运行。
This paper introduces the structure and measurement control principles of the tension leveller in the pickling and rolling production line,and analyzes common problems such as poor flatness of low-speed flatness correction,breakage of the weld seam at the tension leveller,delayed breakage alarm,excessive tension of the strip and motor overload.It gives out solutions to these problems,and the application effect is good,which ensures the continuous and stable operation of the tension leveller.
