摘要
切顶工艺参数对采煤过程中的岩层控制和卸压效果至关重要。为解决寺家庄煤矿15118工作面末采及拉架期间顶板压力大等问题,通过爆破切顶卸压减少基本顶的悬顶长度,有效降低工作面来压强度,有利于拆架巷道的安全稳定,实现工作面安全高效回撤。现场实施预裂爆破切顶工艺后对顶底板的移进量进行监测,监测结果表明,预裂爆破切顶成功切断了覆岩的应力传递作用,使巷道顶部的移进量明显减小,卸压效果明显,这对于确保末采及回撤支架的安全生产具有重要意义。
The cutting process parameters are crucial for controlling the rock strata and reducing pressure during the coal mining process.In order to solve the problems of high roof pressure during the final mining and pulling period of the 15118 working face,Sijiazhuang Coal Mine reduced the hanging length of the basic roof by blasting and cutting the roof to relieve pressure,effectively reducing the pressure strength of the working face,which is conducive to the safety and stability of the dismantling roadway,and achieving safe and efficient retreat of the working face.After implementing the pre splitting blasting roof cutting process on site,the displacement of the roof and floor was monitored.The monitoring results showed that the pre splitting blasting roof cutting successfully cut off the stress transmission effect of the overlying rock,significantly reducing the displacement of the roadway roof and achieving a significant pressure relief effect.This is of great significance for ensuring the safe production of coal mining projects.
