高效去除锌冶炼中杂质的工艺改进研究

摘要 通过采用铜渣和价态调控铜渣联合除杂的方法,并结合超声波的机械效应、空化效应和热效应,以提升锌冶炼中杂质去除的效率。实验结果显示,超声波强化的锌冶炼杂质去除工艺最佳超声功率为600 W,最佳铜氯物质的量比n(Cu)∶n(Cu^(2+))∶n(Cl^(-))为7∶5∶1,最佳反应温度为40℃,在此条件下氯的去除率可达98%。超声波强化技术显著提高了锌冶炼过程中杂质的去除效率,尤其在工艺改进初期,杂质去除率得到迅速提升,有效降低能耗和活化能。 A combined method of copper slag and valence state controlled copper slag is adopted,combined with the mechanical effect,cavitation effect,and thermal effect of ultrasound,to enhance the efficiency of impurity removal in zinc smelting.The experimental results show that the optimal ultrasonic power for impurity removal in zinc smelting with ultrasonic enhancement is 600 W,the optimal copper to chlorine ratio n(Cu)∶n(Cu^(2+))∶n(Cl^(-))is 7∶5∶1,and the optimal reaction temperature is 40℃.Under these conditions,the removal rate of chlorine can reach 98%.Ultrasonic enhancement technology significantly improves the removal efficiency of impurities in the zinc smelting process,especially in the early stages of process improvement,where the impurity removal rate is rapidly increased,effectively reducing energy consumption and activation energy.
