摘要
U-Mo合金燃料作为一种先进的金属燃料,是近几年比较热门的燃料研究方向之一,制造过程中会产生部分含铀的中间物料,此类物料回收工艺很多,大体可以分为湿法和干法两种工艺。针对U-Mo合金燃料制备过程中产生的铀钼合金车屑,采用先氧化、后升华的方法,成功实现了铀、钼分离,并通过对铀氧化物进行氢氟化制备出四氟化铀,通过钙热还原制备出合格金属铀锭,打通干法回收铀钼合金的工艺路线,铀回收率较湿法有所提高。
U-Mo alloy fuel,as an advanced metal fuel,has become one of the popular research directions in recent years.During the manufacturing process,some intermediate materials containing uranium are produced.There are many processes for recovering such materials,which can be roughly divided into wet and dry processes.In response to the uranium molybdenum alloy vehicle debris generated during the preparation of U-Mo alloy fuel,a method of first oxidation and then sublimation was adopted to successfully separate uranium and molybdenum.Uranium tetrafluoride was prepared by hydrogen fluorination of uranium oxide,and qualified metal uranium ingots were prepared by calcium thermal reduction.The process route for dry recovery of uranium molybdenum alloy was established,and the uranium recovery rate was improved compared to wet method.
