PBL联合翻转课堂在康复科临床带教中的效果及对医师技能水平的影响

Effect of PBL Combined with Flipped Classroom in Clinical Teaching of Rehabilitation Department and Its Impact on Doctors'Skill Level

摘要 目的探讨基于问题教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)联合翻转课堂在康复科临床带教中的应用效果及对医师技能水平的影响。方法选择2023年4月—2024年6月济南复元康复医院康复科临床实习医师64名为研究对象,根据不同带教方法分为对照组(n=32,采用常规带教方法)和观察组(n=32,联合PBL及翻转课堂带教)。比较两组实习医师考核成绩、医师技能水平及带教满意度。结果观察组考核成绩总分(93.80±5.62)分,优于对照组的(85.76±4.41)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.367,P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组各项技能水平评分更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组带教满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL联合翻转课堂用于康复科临床带教中效果良好,能提升医师考核成绩,有助于提高医师技能水平,可获得较高的带教满意度。 Objective To explore the application effect of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with flipped classroom in clinical teaching of rehabilitation department and its influence on the skill level of doctors.Methods From April 2023 to June 2024,sixty-four clinical interns in the Department of Rehabilitation,Jinan Fuyuan Rehabilitation Hospital were selected as the research objects,and divided into the control group(n=32,using conventional teaching methods)and the observation group(n=32,combined with PBL and flipped classroom teaching)according to different teaching methods.The assessment results of interns,the skill level of doctors and the satisfaction of teaching were compared between the two groups.Results The total assessment score of the observation group was 93.80±5.62,which was better than 85.76±4.41 of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.367,P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of various skill levels in the observation group were higher,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL combined with flipped classroom has a good effect in clinical teaching of rehabilitation department,which can improve the assessment results of doctors,help to improve the skill level of doctors,and obtain higher teaching satisfaction.
