摘要
目的探究风险防控管理在感染科护理人员中的应用效果。方法选取2022年9月—2024年10月长春市第二医院感染科12名在职护理人员为研究对象,根据时间不同记为管理前(2022年9月—2023年9月,实施传统管理模式)和管理后(2023年10月—2024年10月,实施风险防控管理模式),比较管理前后自我健康管理能力、工作投入情况以及职业生命质量。结果管理后护理人员感染理论知识(95.21±3.21)分、感染防护意识(94.55±2.44)分、感染防护能力(95.35±2.74)分、护理操作规范(95.56±2.46)分、职业暴露处(93.16±2.46)分高于管理前的(92.23±3.32)分、(92.12±2.56)分、(92.54±2.68)分、(93.14±2.55)分、(91.96±2.31)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=2.235,2.380,2.540,2.366,1.232;P均<0.05);管理后护理人员工作投入感评分、职业生命质量均高于管理前,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论感染科护理人员应用风险防控管理,可有效提高感染科护理人员自我健康管理能力、改善工作投入情况、强化职业生命质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of risk prevention and control management in the nursing staff of infection department.Methods From September 2022 to October 2024,twelve working staff in Department of Infection of Changchun Second Hospital were selected as the research object,according to different time periods,they were recorded as before management(September 2022 to September 2023,traditional management mode)after management(October 2023 to October 2024,risk prevention and control management mode),compare self-health management ability,work input and professional happiness before and after management.Results After management,the scores of theoretical knowledge of infection,infection protection awareness,infection protection ability,nursing practice,occupational exposure were 95.21±3.21,94.55±2.44,95.35±2.74,95.56±2.46,93.16±2.46,higher than 92.23±3.32,92.12±2.56,92.54±2.68,93.14±2.55,91.96±2.31,and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.235,2.380,2.540,2.366,1.232;all P<0.05);After management,nursing staff's engagement score and occupational quality of life were higher than before management,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of risk prevention and control management by the nursing staff of the infection department can effectively improve the self-health management ability,improve the work input,and strengthen the occupational quality of their life.
