高温熔盐储罐用347H不锈钢焊接接头组织性能研究

Study on the Tissue Properties of 347H Stainless Steel Welded Joints for High-Temperature Molten Salt Storage Tank

摘要 采用手工焊条电弧焊对高温熔盐储罐用347H不锈钢进行焊接,对焊接接头的显微组织、室温力学性能、高温力学性能和高温熔盐腐蚀性能进行了研究。结果表明:采用手工焊条电弧焊得到的焊接接头完整、成形较好;焊缝组织为板条状铁素体和枝晶界的奥氏体,热影响区晶粒相比母材发生明显长大;焊接接头在室温下的强度和弯曲性能良好,565℃条件下的高温强度满足行业标准要求;高温服役环境下焊接接头主要发生全面腐蚀,腐蚀层较致密,腐蚀层最外层为NaFeO_(2)(铁酸钠)和内层为八面体结构的FeCr_(2)O_(4)尖晶石,覆盖基体的致密腐蚀层会减缓高温熔盐腐蚀。 The manual electrode arc welding method was used to weld 347H stainless steel for high-temperature molten salt storage tanks.The microstructure of the welded joint,mechanical properties at room temperature,mechanical properties at high temperature,and high-temperature molten salt corrosion resistance were investigated.The results show that the welded joints obtained by manual electrode arc welding are complete and well-formed;the weld microstructure consists of lath ferrite and austenite at the dendrite boundaries,and the grains in the heat-affected zone are significantly larger than those in the base material;the welded joints exhibit good strength and bending performance at room temperature,and the high-temperature strength at 565℃meets the industry standard requirements;under high-temperature service conditions,the welded joints mainly undergo general corrosion,with a dense corrosion layer.The outermost layer of the corrosion layer is NaFeO_(2)(sodium ferrate)and the inner layer is FeCr_(2)O_(4)spinel with an octahedral structure.The dense corrosion layer covering the matrix will slow down the high-temperature molten salt corrosion.
