摘要
作为技术赋能乡村教育的重要实践,专递课堂有助于破解农村小规模学校师资短缺、课程开设不足等现实难题。然而,当前农村小规模学校小学生的专递课堂学习适应性水平不高,影响了专递课堂的落地实施与可持续推进。基于此,文章采用混合研究方法,通过对农村小规模学校507名小学生的问卷调查和26名乡村教师、23名乡村学生的深度访谈,系统探究了小学生专递课堂学习适应性的影响因素。文章发现:学生维度的学习动机、学业情绪是学习适应性的直接影响因素,教师维度的教师支持、教师关怀是学习适应性的重要影响因素,课程维度的课程质量是学习适应性的关键影响因素。基于此,文章提出提升农村小规模学校小学生专递课堂学习适应性的具体策略,以期推动专递课堂的常态化、高效化发展,提升农村小规模学校的办学水平,促进城乡教育优质均衡发展。
As an important practice of technology empowering rural education,the special delivery classroom help solve the practical problems such as the shortage of teachers and insufficient course offerings in rural small-scale schools.However,at present,the learning adaptability level of elementary school students in rural small-scale schools is not high,which affected the implementation and sustainability of special delivery classrooms.Based on this,the paper adopted a mixed method approach to systematically explore the influencing factors of the learning adaptability of elementary school students in specialized devivery classrooms through a questionnaire survey of 507 elementary school students in rural small-scale schools and in-depth interviews with 26 rural teachers and 23 rural students.It was found out in this paper that learning motivation and academic emotion in the student dimension were the direct influencing factors on learning adaptability,and teacher support and teacher care in the teacher dimension were the important influencing factor on learning adaptability,and curriculum quality in the curriculum dimension was the key influencing factor on learning adaptability.Based on this,the paper proposed specific strategies to enhance the learning adaptability of elementary students in special delivery classrooms in rural small-scale schools,with a view to promoting the normalization and efficient development of the special delivery classroom,improving the schooling level of rural small-scale schools,and promoting the quality and balanced development of urban and rural education.
