摘要
总结殷克敬教授治疗亨廷顿舞蹈症的临证经验。殷教授认为本病的主要病机为阳气虚衰、督脉失充,筋脉失养,构建“督脉-脑髓-元阳”一体理论,以扶阳充督为治疗原则。殷教授临证注重审证求因,将扶阳充督这一治则分为扶阳益气、益精填髓、调任充督,从病因病机出发,辨证论治,治疗上针药结合,效果显著。本文并结合殷教授诊治亨廷顿舞蹈症验案,总结、探讨殷教授治疗亨廷顿舞蹈症的临证经验,以期对临床治疗有所启发。
This article summarizes Professor Yin Kejing's clinical experience in treating Huntington's Chorea.Professor Yin believes that the main pathogenesis of the disease is the deficiency of Yang Qi,with the Governor Vessel losing being nourished,resulting in the malnourishment of the tendons.He proposed a theory that links the governor Vessel,brain marrow,and original Yang as a unified system,with the principle of supporting Yang and filling up the governor vessel as the basis of treatment.Professor Yin emphasizes identifying the root causes of the disease through syndrome differentiation and divides the method of supporting Yang and filling up the governor vessel into three approaches:supporting Yang and benefiting Qi,enriching the essence and filling the marrow,and regulating the conception vessel and unblock the governor vessel.By integrating both acupuncture and herbal medicine,this approach has shown significant results.This article combines Professor Yin's case studies in treating Huntington's Chorea and discusses his clinical experience in order to provide insights for clinical practice.
