一体式转体球铰支座安装施工技术研究

摘要 为解决转体球铰底部为大平面支座类型的球铰安装质量、球铰底部结构物不密实和强度不足及如何一次性快速精准地确保球铰安装就位的施工难题,结合武汉市黄陂区滨湖路延长线跨京广铁路斜拉转体桥,介绍了桥梁转体系统的组成及安装工艺。工程实践表明:通过铺设环氧树脂砂浆找平层,能较好地解决球铰底部结构物不密实和强度不足的问题,提高转体球铰底部为大平面支座结构类型的球铰安装质量。在支座垫石上预埋精调支承垫块,球铰安装就位时起到了限位和支承的作用,能极大缩短球铰安装和精调时间,确保环氧树脂砂浆拌合物的时效性,保证转体球铰支座安装质量。 In order to solve the construction problems of poor installation quality,insufficient compactness and strength of the ball joint bottom structure,and how to ensure the installation of the ball joint in place quickly and accurately in one go for the ball joint with a large flat support type at the bottom of the rotating ball joint,combined with the inclined cable-stayed rotary bridge of Binhu Road Extension Line across the Beijing—Guangzhou Railway in Huangpi District,Wuhan City,the composition and installation process of the bridge rotary system are introduced.Engineering practice shows that by using epoxy resin mortar leveling layer,the problems of insufficient compactness and strength of the bottom structure of the ball joint can be well solved,and the installation quality of the ball joint with a large flat support structure at the bottom of the rotating ball joint can be improved.Pre-embedded precision adjustment support blocks are placed on the bearing pad stone.When the ball joint is installed in place,it plays a limiting and supporting role,greatly reducing the installation and precision adjustment time of the ball joint,ensuring the timeliness of the epoxy resin mortar mixture,and guaranteeing the installation quality of the rotating ball joint bearing.
