太阳辐射下桥梁空心高墩混凝土温度场研究

摘要 为研究混凝土空心高墩在太阳辐射作用下的三维日照温度场,以黄蒲高速洛河特大高墩大跨刚构连续梁桥134m矩形混凝土空心高墩为例,基于ASHRAE晴空模型,使用ANSYS有限元软件,建立空心高墩三维温度场有限元模型,分析在太阳辐射下,高墩竖向、横向的温度分布及墩身温度的日变化规律,基于墩壁横向温度分布提出空心高墩的周向温度梯度模式。分析结果表明:在太阳辐射作用下,矩形混凝土空心高墩四面墩壁的竖向温度分布规律基本相同,当墩壁厚度不变时,空心高墩的竖向温度梯度不明显;空心高墩的温度峰值出现在18:00,达43.0℃,位于西面墩壁;矩形空心高墩的墩角处温度变化最显著,墩壁横向温度分布符合指数分布曲线的变化规律;基于墩壁横向温度分布提出空心高墩周向温度梯度模式可用于高墩的温差效应分析。 In order to study the three-dimensional sunshine temperature field of concrete hollow high pier under the action of solar radiation,a 134m rectangular concrete hollow high pier of Luohe large-span rigid frame continuous girder bridge of Huangpu Expressway is taken as an example.Based on the ASHRAE clear sky model,the finite element model of three-dimensional temperature field of hollow high pier is established by using ANSYS finite element software.The vertical and transverse temperature distribution of high pier and the daily variation law of pier body temperature under solar radiation are analyzed.Based on the transverse temperature distribution of pier wall,the circumferential temperature gradient mode of hollow high pier is proposed.The analysis results show that under the action of solar radiation,the vertical temperature distribution of the four-sided pier wall of the rectangular concrete hollow high pier is basically the same.When the thickness of the pier wall is constant,the vertical temperature gradient of the hollow high pier is not obvious.The temperature peak of the hollow high pier appeared at 18:00,reaching 43.0℃,which was located on the west pier wall.The temperature change at the corner of the rectangular hollow high pier is the most significant,and the transverse temperature distribution of the pier wall conforms to the exponential distribution curve.Based on the transverse temperature distribution of pier wall,the circumferential temperature gradient mode of hollow high pier can be used to analyze the temperature difference effect of high pier.
