摘要 随着数字农业技术的广泛应用,农业企业对具备信息技术和数据分析能力的复合型人才需求激增。该研究分析了数字农业对人力资源的挑战,包括人才短缺、技能更新压力及组织结构调整。为应对这些挑战,提出了系统化的培训与发展策略,强调实践与理论相结合的培训方法及产学研合作。同时还探讨了优化人才招聘与选拔、实施灵活的激励机制和绩效管理的重要性,以吸引并留住优秀人才。此外,倡导通过扁平化管理和创新文化建设,增强企业的适应性和创新能力。 This study focuses on human resource management strategies in the context of digital agriculture.With the widespread application of digital agricultural technologies,agricultural enterprises increasingly require multidisciplinary professionals with expertise in information technology and data analysis.This study analyzes the challenges digital agriculture presents to human resource management,including talent shortages,the need for continuous skill development,and organizational restructuring.To address these challenges,this study proposes systematic training and development strategies,emphasizing training methods that integrate theoretical learning with practical application and foster collaboration among industry,academia,and research institutions.The study also discusses the importance of optimizing talent recruitment and selection,implementing flexible incentive mechanisms,and enhancing performance management to attract and retain top talent.Additionally,it advocates enhancing organizational adaptability and innovation capacity through a flat management structure and the cultivation of an innovative culture.
