摘要
在数据驱动的背景下,数据资产的概念应运而生,并且迅速成为推动企业治理现代化进程的关键要素。文章探讨如何通过高效的数据资产管理提升企业治理结构的现代化水平。首先明确了数据资产的定义、特征及其在企业中的重要作用,随后分析了现代化企业治理的需求及面临的挑战。在此基础上,提出了数据资产赋能企业治理的实践路径,以支撑企业在决策制定、风险管理以及运营优化等多个方面的现代化治理需求。
In the context of data-driven development,the concept of data assets has emerged and quickly become a key element in promoting the modernization of corporate governance.This article explores how to modernize the corporate governance structure through efficient data asset management.Firstly,the definition,characteristics,and important role of data assets in enterprises were clarified,followed by an analysis of the needs and challenges faced by modern corporate governance.On this basis,a practical path of empowering enterprise governance with data assets was proposed to support the modern governance needs of enterprises in decision-making,risk management,and operational optimization.
