摘要
[目的]地铁保护区巡查的目的是发现可能危及地铁结构安全的施工行为,保护区巡查对保障地铁结构安全具有重要意义。目前主要采用人工巡查方式,经过多年的实践已取得较好的效果,但存在巡查工作量大、受人员素质影响较大以及存在视线盲区等问题,因此提出采用无人机对地铁保护区进行巡查。[方法]介绍了适用于地铁保护区巡查的无人机机型、无人机巡查作业流程和地铁保护区施工项目特征;以房屋搭建/拆除、堆土加载/卸载和道路施工为例介绍了无人机巡查内容;介绍了无人机巡查管理模式;分析了无人机巡查的相对优势。[结果及结论]无人机对高程存在变化的施工项目较为敏感,能够准确识别出房屋搭建和拆除、材料堆放和移除以及堆土加卸载施工。无人机巡查能够减小人工巡查工作量、提高巡查质量、消除视线阻挡及不可进入区域的盲区。无人机巡查可作为人工巡查的补充手段。
[Objective]The purpose of metro protection zone inspections is to identify construction activities that may jeopardize the structural safety of metro,which is of great significance to ensuring metro structural integrity.Currently,manual inspection is the primarily adopted method,and years of practice yields positive results.However,challenges remain,including heavy workload,dependence on personnel expertise,and the presence of blind spots.To address these issues,the use of UAV(unmanned aerial vehicle)for metro protection zone inspection is proposed.[Method]The UAV models suitable for metro protection zone inspections,the UAV inspections operational workflow,and the characteristics of construction projects within metro protection zone are introduced.Taking house building/demolition,soil loading/unloading,and road construction as examples,the scope of UAV inspections is detailed,the management mode for UAV inspections is introduced,and their relative advantages are outlined.[Result&Conclusion]UAV demonstrates high sensitivity to construction projects involving elevation changes,accurately identifying house construction and demolition,material stacking and removal,and soil loading and unloading construction.UAV inspections reduce the workload of manual inspections,improve inspection quality,and eliminate blind spots caused by obstructed views or inaccessible areas.Therefore,UAV inspections serve as a complementary approach to manual inspections.
