摘要
[目的]轨道扣件是城市轨道交通线路结构稳定的基础。在实际使用过程中,存在扣件锈蚀严重、弹条断裂、螺栓失效等病害现象,解决轨道扣件病害对城市轨道交通安全运营至关重要。[方法]梳理了轨道扣件病害种类,分析了导致轨道扣件病害的原因,针对性提出了防轨道扣件病害的改进措施。[结果及结论]扣件锈蚀、弹条断裂、螺栓失效、弹性垫板失效为轨道扣件的主要病害。在施工过程中,要规范作业流程,加强施工监管,保证扣件安装的准确性及可靠性,最大限度保证扣件性能;日常巡检要重点排查病害集中区段,及时组织更换严重锈蚀和磨损的扣件,增强扣件使用的稳定性;结合仿真分析手段优化扣件结构设计,提高扣件性能。
[Objective]Track fasteners are fundamental to the structural stability of urban rail transit lines.However,in actual operation,issues such as severe corrosion,rail clip fractures,and bolt failures frequently occur.Addressing these defects is critical to ensuring the safe operation of urban rail transit.[Method]Different types of track fastener defects are categorized,their causes are analyzed,and targeted improvement measures to prevent such failures are proposed.[Result&Conclusion]The primary defects affecting track fasteners include corrosion,rail clip fractures,bolt failures,and elastic pad degradation.During construction,it is essential to standardize operational procedures,strengthen supervision,ensure precise and reliable fastener installation to maximize performance.Routine inspections should focus on areas with centralized defects,promptly replacing severely corroded or worn fasteners to enhance usage stability.Additionally,integrating simulation-based analysis can optimize fastener structural design and improve overall performance.
