摘要
[目的]地铁“三轨”线路具有轨旁设备多、施工空间受限等特点。“三轨”线路伤损钢轨更换多采用有缝接头的形式,有缝线路具有多种弊端。需合理优化施工工序和施工方法,以解决此类问题。[方法]以上海轨道交通16号线伤损钢轨更换施工为例,介绍了“三轨”线路伤损钢轨更换施工需研究和解决的关键项点,分析了施工特点和技术难点,介绍了施工流程、关键操作和关键创新。[结果及结论]合理优化施工工序,将本应在一个天窗点施工的通号单位配合拆装波导工序,安排至改造施工前后的作业点完成,有效避免了在同一作业点因需完成全部工作而造成的乱象,减少了每个作业面多工序交叉施工的作业人员;创新性提出了正线留车施工的组织模式,延长了天窗点内有效作业时间30~40 min,确保天窗点内各施工工序时长充足;创新性提出了无缝连接改造施工方法,解决了有缝连接钢轨接头多、线路整体稳定性差、运营维护难度大等难题。
[Objective]Metro′three-rail′lines are characterized by numerous trackside equipment and limited construction space.The replacement of damaged rails on such lines is commonly conducted using jointed rail connections,which present multiple drawbacks.It is necessary to reasonably optimize construction procedures and methods to address these issues.[Method]Taking the replacement of damaged rails on Shanghai Rail Transit Line 16 as an example,the key issues that must be studied and resolved during the replacement process on′three-rail′lines.It analyzes the construction characteristics and technical difficulties,and presents the construction process,key operations,and major innovations.[Result&Conclusion]By optimizing construction procedures,the procedure of disassembling and reinstalling the waveguide with the cooperation of the signaling and communication unit,which should originally be carried out within one track possession window,is arranged to be completed at the work points before and after the main renovation construction.This effectively avoids the disorder caused by attempting to complete all tasks at one work point and reducing personnel conflicts from overlapping procedure at each workface.An innovative organizational model for retaining trains on the mainline during construction is proposed,which extends the effective working time within the track possession window by 30 to 40 minutes and ensuring sufficient time for each construction procedure.Additionally,an innovative seamless connection construction method is proposed,addressing issues associated with jointed rail connections,such as excessive rail joints,poor overall track stability,and increased difficulty in operation and maintenance.
