摘要
[目的]上海轨道交通使用打磨车和铣磨车进行钢轨在线整形作业已有数年,而对钢轨在线整形需求区段的选择则还是以现场实际需求为主。需研究钢轨在线整形需求区段选择方法,以高效地利用稀缺的钢轨铣磨车和打磨车资源。[方法]介绍了钢轨表面病害类型以及基于钢轨病害的铣磨需求区段分级方法,介绍了铣磨色带制作方法以及基于铣磨色带的钢轨在线整形作业计划编排原则。[结果及结论]根据轨面碎裂深度和波磨深度将铣磨需求区段分为三级,分别对应红区、黄区和绿区。根据某线路区段的铣磨需求区段分级制作了铣磨色带。运用铣磨色带合理规划施工计划,避免了用一个动车施工点去修复距离仅为100~200 m的严重病害、剩余时间去铣磨原本状态较好钢轨的状况,使施工资源得到合理运用,有效提升了铣磨车作业效能。
[Objective]Rail on-line reprofiling operations in Shanghai rail transit using profiling and milling vehicles have been implemented for many years.However,the selection of rail on-line reprofiling demand sections is still primarily based on on-site requirements.Therefore,it is necessary to study a method for selecting rail reprofiling demand sections to efficiently utilize the scarce resources of rail milling and profiling vehicles.[Method]The types of surface defects on rails and a grading method for milling demand sections based on rail defects are introduced.It also presents the methodology for producing milling color bands and outlines the planning principles for rail reprofiling operations based on these color bands.[Result&Conclusion]Rail milling demand sections are classified into three levels according to surface crack depth and corrugation depth,corresponding to red,yellow,and green zones.Based on the classification of milling demand sections on a specific line segment,a milling color band is created.The use of the milling color bands enables rational planning of operation schedules,avoiding scenarios where a work site with a high-speed train is used to repair severely damaged rails over a distance of only 100-200 meters,with the remaining time spent milling rails in relatively good condition.This approach ensures the effective use of construction resources and significantly improves the operational efficiency of milling vehicles.
