轨道运行质量评价方法优化研究

摘要 [目的]近年来,随着上海轨道交通线网规模不断扩张、运行里程不断增加,轨道线路检测数据也成几何倍数增加。当前对轨道检测数据的分析手段、分析深度、数据挖掘深度、轨道质量评价方法等仍采用人工计算、轨道质量指数评价分析等方法,已无法满足当前超大规模线网高质量发展的需求。需根据海量轨道检测数据挖掘需求,优化轨道运行质量评价方法。[方法]介绍了当前轨道运行质量评价方法及其应用情况和不足之处;介绍了引入PPK(过程性能指数)和UCL(控制上限)的评价方法及其应用效果。[结果及结论]基于PPK、UCL、控制图等质量工具的应用,优化了原有的轨道质量评价方法,实现了“由缺少科学的总体评价指标,向建立科学评价指标”的转变,“由单一评价指标,向动态化、差异化评价指标”的转变,进而推动了资源的合理化应用、产能的提升、轨道质量的提升。同时为未来高质量轨道质量控制、超大轨控数据分析提供了创新性的探索经验。 [Objective]In recent years,with the continuous expansion of Shanghai rail transit network and the increasing operational mileage,the volume of track inspection data has grown exponentially.However,current methods for analyzing track inspection data such as manual calculation and evaluation based on track quality index,remain limited in analytical techniques,depth of analysis,data mining capabilities,and evaluation methodologies,and can no longer meet the demands of high-quality development across a super-large scale network.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the track operation quality evaluation methods based on the requirements for mining massive volumes of track inspection data.[Method]The current track operation quality evaluation methods,their application status,and existing shortcomings are introduced.An evaluation approach is presented by introducing PPK(process performance index-kennzahl in German)and UCL(upper control limit),along with their application outcomes.[Result&Conclusion]By applying quality tools such as PPK,UCL,and control charts,the original track quality evaluation method is optimized,which enables a shift from′a lack of scientific overall evaluation metrics′to′the establishment of scientific evaluation metrics′,and from′single evaluation metrics′to′dynamic and differentiated evaluation metrics′.These enhancements have further promoted rational resource utilization,improved production capacity,and elevated track quality.Moreover,an innovative exploratory framework for future high-quality track quality control and analysis of large-scale track control data.
