摘要
目的 分析外周血生物标志物对晚期非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer, NSCLC)患者免疫治疗预后的影响因素。方法 目的选取2018年6月—2020年6月泰安市肿瘤防治院收治的60例晚期NSCLC并行免疫治疗的患者为研究对象。根据患者预后情况分为存活组(36例),死亡组(24例)。比较两组患者的一般情况,将相关因素进行Cox多因素回归分析,并分析影响因素对患者生存时间的影响。结果 中性粒细胞计数与淋巴细胞的比值(neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio, NLR)、血小板与淋巴细胞比值(platelet to lymphocyte ratio, PLR)、免疫炎症指数(systemic immune-inflammation index, SII)是晚期非小细胞肺癌免疫治疗预后的影响因素(OR=2.011,1.811,1.642;P均<0.05)。高NLR、高PLR、高SII患者生存时间低于低NLR、低PLR、低SII患者,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 NLR、PLR、SII是晚期非小细胞肺癌免疫治疗预后的影响因素。
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of peripheral blood biomarkers on the prognosis of immunotherapy in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods Sixty patients with advanced NSCLC who received immunotherapy and were admitted to Tai'an Oncology Prevention and Treatment Hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were purposefully selected as the research subjects.According to the prognosis of the patients,they were divided into the survival group(thirty-six cases)and the death group(twenty-four cases).The general conditions of the two groups of patients were compared,and the related factors were analyzed by Cox multivariate regression analysis,and the influence of the influencing factors on the survival time of the patients was analyzed.Results The neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR),platelet to lymphocyte ratio(PLR),and systemic immune-inflammation index(SII)were the influencing factors for the prognosis of immunotherapy for advanced non-small cell lung cancer(OR=2.011,1.811,1.642;all P<0.05).The survival time of patients with high NLR,high PLR,and high SII were lower than those of patients with low NLR,low PLR,and low SII,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion NLR,PLR,and SII are the influencing factors for the prognosis of immunotherapy for advanced non-small cell lung cancer.
