摘要
滨海相沉积软土地层中主要为淤泥质软土与粉质沉积粘土混杂为主,间或有海相沉积流沙层出现,区域内地下水位较高,地层和地下水中含盐量高,此类地层强度低,施工机械扰动后易产生流塑变形,再加上高盐地层环境下护壁泥浆性能易劣化,对地连墙成槽质量控制极为不利。本文以津沽海河隧道盾构始发段地下连续墙工程为背景,通过工艺性试验和动态控制护壁泥浆质量、采取措施减少槽壁振动和信息化成槽检测等方法,实现了在滨海相沉积软土地层中地下连续墙成槽质量的高效控制,为后续深基坑安全顺利施工提供条件。本文工作对同类滨海相软土深基坑地下连续墙施工有一定的参考价值。
The coastal sea-phase sedimentary soft ground layer is mainly silty soft soil mixed with powdery sedimentary clay,occasionally there are sea-phase sedimentary quicksand layer,the water table in the region is high,high salt content in the ground and groundwater,the strength of this type of ground is low,and it is easy to produce fluid-plastic deformation after the disturbance of the construction machinery,together with the performance of the retaining wall slurry is prone to deteriorate in the environment of the high-salt ground layer,which is extremely unfavourable for the control of the quality of ground wall trenching.In this paper,with the background of the diaphragm wall project in the starting section of shield tunnel of Tianjin-Gu Haihe Tunnel,the efficient control of diaphragm wall trenching quality in coastal sea-phase sedimentary soft ground layer by means of technological test and dynamic control of the quality of retaining wall slurry were conducted,and measures to reduce the vibration of the trench wall and information-based trenching test were presented,so as to provide conditions for the safe and smooth construction of subsequent deep foundation pits.The work of this paper has certain reference value for the construction of diaphragm wall in similar coastal phase soft soil deep foundation pit.
