基于红蓝对抗的刑事科学技术课程教学模式研究——以浙江警察学院为例

摘要 随着以审判为中心的法治思想逐渐在刑事案件中落实,刑事科学技术作为公安刑事案件侦破中的重要环节,在诉讼实践中发挥着至关重要的作用。因此,在新形势下,刑事科学技术课程的教学应立足公安实践,纠正过时的教学观念,并借鉴红蓝对抗等创新教学模式,以提高课程教学效果。该文结合浙江警察学院的培养目标,分析了红蓝对抗在刑事科学技术课程教学中的应用可行性,旨在帮助学生掌握刑事科学技术的基本程序和方法,使其能够直接应用所学知识服务于公安实战,从而全面提升学生的整体素质。 With the gradual implementation of the rule of law thought centered on trial in criminal cases,criminal science and technology,as a pivotal component of criminal investigations within public security operations,as⁃sumes a critical role in litigation practice.Consequently,within this evolving landscape,the approach to teaching Criminal Science and Technology must pivot towards a foundation rooted in public security practice.It necessi⁃tates the rectification of outdated teaching paradigms and the enhancement of curriculum effectiveness through the adoption of innovative teaching methodologies such as red and blue confrontation.Drawing upon the educa⁃tional objectives of Zhejiang Police College,this study delves into the viability of implementing the red and blue confrontation in Criminal Science and Technology teaching.It aims to cultivate students’comprehension and mas⁃tery of fundamental procedures and methodologies in criminal science and technology,empowering them to apply acquired knowledge to real-world public security scenarios.Ultimately,this approach seeks to elevate students’overall proficiency and competence within the realm of criminal investigations。
