CDIO工程教育模式与思政融合在酶工程教学中的实践 被引量:2

摘要 为顺应新工科培养综合素质高、创新实践能力强的应用型工程技术人才的要求,课程团队从教学内容、思政教育、教学方法和教学评价等方面对酶工程教学进行改革与实践。首先,优化教学大纲,重构知识体系,使课程内容专题模块化、工程化;其次,通过工程实习与虚拟仿真实验强化实践教学环节,实现实验实践与理论教学环环相扣,增加酶制剂应用调研与汇报环节;再次,优化考核评价环节,精确量化过程性考核,多角度考查学生学习成效;最后,挖掘课程思政元素,实现思教融合。通过实践,课程团队建立了工程与思政教育有机融合的酶工程教学新模式,强化学生工程实践能力及创新能力,并深化思政育人理念,为新工科课程改革积累经验。 In order to meet the requirements of new engineering training,and cultivate applied engineering and technical talents with high comprehensive quality and strong innovation and practical ability,the course team has reformed and practiced Enzyme Engineering teaching in terms of teaching content,ideological and political educa⁃tion,teaching methods,and teaching evaluation.Firstly,it optimizes the teaching syllabus,reconstructs the knowl⁃edge system,and modularizes the topics of the course content.Secondly,it strengthens practical teaching through engineering practice and virtual simulation experiments,linking experimental practice with theoretical teaching,and adding the investigation and reporting process for enzyme preparation application.Thirdly,it optimizes the as⁃sessment and evaluation process,accurately quantifies the formative assessment,and examines students’learning outcomes from multiple perspectives.Finally,it explores the ideological and political elements of the course to achieve the integration of ideological and political education between specialized education.Through teaching practice,the course team has established a new teaching model for Enzyme Engineering that meets the require⁃ments of the new engineering disciplines,deepening the concept of ideological and political education,strengthen⁃ing students’engineering practice and innovation abilities,and accumulating experience for the reform of other new engineering courses.
