摘要
该文基于2023年北京某大学知识产权竞赛数据,对竞赛情况进行了分析,并利用Python编程分析了成绩与学生所在学院、身份和年级的相关性,得出学生成绩整体偏差与所在学院不存在相关性,与学生身份、年级存在弱的负相关性的结果,表明学校学生缺少系统的知识产权素养教育。针对竞赛中出现的问题,提出通过建立知识产权竞赛平台、以赛促教、赛创融合,开展知识产权素养教育,全面提升高校学生知识产权素养,增强其知识产权意识。
Based on the 2023 intellectual property competition data of a university in Beijing,the overall perfor⁃mance was analyzed.The correlation between the scores with the college,identity,and grade of the students was analyzed using Python programming.The overall scores of the students were relatively low.The scores were not correlated with the college,but weakly negatively correlated with their identity and grade.Students in the univer⁃sity lack systematic intellectual property literacy education.In response to the problems encountered in the com⁃petition,suggestions and strategies are proposed to establish an intellectual property competition platform,pro⁃mote teaching through competition,integrate competition and innovation,carry out intellectual property literacy education,comprehensively enhance the intellectual property literacy of university students,and their intellectual property awareness.
