摘要
近年来,产业学院在国家政策和教育模式的创新引领下加速发展。资源整合、校企共建、政校共建成为产业学院的主要建设模式,但是调研发现产业学院在建设和发展中存在办学定位不明确、专业设置同质化、师资结构不匹配、社会服务能力不足等深层次问题。该文以国内多所高职院校的产业学院为调研和分析对象,探讨了“鲁班工坊”、“双高计划”、1+X模式在推动校企协同育人中的模式创新,对各高校在未来进一步推进产业学院建设、补足短板具有一定的借鉴意义。
The development of industrial colleges is accelerating under the guidance of national policies and edu⁃cational innovations in recent years.Resource integration,school-enterprise co-construction and government-school co-construction have become the main way.However,the survey found that there are some deep-rooted problems in the construction and development of industrial colleges,such as unclear orientation,homogeneous majors,mismatched teachers and inadequate service.Taking some industrial colleges in domestic higher voca⁃tional colleges as research and analysis objects,the article discusses the innovation of“Luban Workshop”,the“double high-level plan”and the 1+X model in promoting school-enterprise cooperation.The proposed innova⁃tion has certain reference significance for colleges and universities to further promote the construction of indus⁃trial colleges and make up for their shortcomings in the future.
