摘要
工匠精神与校园职业文化融通,是应用型本科院校人才培养适应经济社会发展需要的必然要求,有利于培养出适合我国经济发展需要的高素质应用型人才,推动应用型本科院校更好地服务经济社会发展,早日实现制造业的转型升级以及工业强国战略目标。工匠精神与校园职业文化的融通必须遵循以社会主义核心价值体系为引领的原则、在传承中创新的原则、实践性原则、协同推进的原则。该文从工匠精神与职业文化物质形态的融合、工匠精神与职业文化培育方法的融合、工匠精神与职业文化培育载体的融合、工匠精神与职业文化体验认知的融合、工匠精神与职业文化培养目标的融合等角度出发,分析工匠精神与应用型本科院校职业文化融通的策略。
The integration of craftsmanship spirit and campus professional culture is an inevitable requirement for the talent training of applied undergraduate colleges and universities to meet the needs economic and social devel⁃opment.It is conducive to cultivating high-quality applied talents suitable for China’s economic development,promoting the better service of applied undergraduate colleges and universities to the of economic and social de⁃velopment,achieving the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry as soon as possible,and realiz⁃ing the strategy of a strong industrial country.Their integration must adhere to the principles of taking the social⁃ist core value system as the guide,inheriting and innovating,practicality,and coordinated promotion.This paper analyzes the strategies of the of craftsmanship spirit and the professional culture of newly-built applied under⁃graduate colleges and universities from the perspectives of the integration of craftsmanship spirit and the material form of professional culture,the integration of craftsmanship spirit and the material form of professional culture,the integration of craftsmanship spirit and the carrier of professional culture training,the integration of craftsman⁃ship spirit and the experience and of professional culture,and the integration of craftsmanship spirit and the expe⁃rience and cognition of professional culture.
