摘要
改善传统评价方式忽视市场导向和企业人才需求的问题。通过将企业绩效考核的重要举措转译成工业设计课程学习成果评价标准,文章提出了一套以市场需求为导向、注重创新与实践能力的评价体系。该体系不仅评估学生的设计作品质量,还关注学生的团队合作、沟通能力以及市场适应能力,有助于培养学生的综合素质和市场竞争力。该评价体系能够有效提高学生的学习成果,为学生的职业发展提供有力支持,同时也为工业设计教学的改革提供了新的思路和方法。
To address the limitations of conventional assessment methods that overlook market orientation and corporate talent demands.By adapting key performance evaluation metrics from enterprise management into industrial design course learning outcome assessments,this study proposes a market-driven evaluation framework emphasizing innovation and practical skill development.The framework not only evaluates design quality but also assesses teamwork,communication skills,and market adaptability,effectively cultivating s tudents'h olistic c ompetencies a nd c ompetitive e dge.T his assessment system significantly enhances learning outcomes,provides robust support for career development,and offers novel approaches for reforming industrial design pedagogy.
