多元数据融合下的农业智能灌溉决策支持系统研究 被引量:3

摘要 随着农业生产对水资源需求的不断增加,传统灌溉方式已经难以满足精准、高效、可持续发展的要求。该文基于多元数据融合的农业智能灌溉决策支持系统,通过集成气象数据、土壤湿度、作物生长状态、灌溉设备数据等多种数据源,采用数据融合技术实现对灌溉过程的精确控制与优化决策。系统利用先进的数据分析与机器学习算法,对多源数据进行实时监测和智能分析,通过对不同作物种植区域的田间数据进行分析,结果表明,该系统在保证作物生长所需水分的同时,显著提高了水资源利用效率,并且能够根据不同环境条件自动优化灌溉策略,推动农业水资源的可持续利用。研究结果可以为农业智能灌溉技术的发展提供理论支持和技术参考。 With the increasing demand for water resources in agricultural production,traditional irrigation methods have been difficult to meet the requirements of precise,efficient and sustainable development.In this article,an agricultural intelligent irrigation decision support system based on multivariate data fusion uses data fusion technology to achieve precise control and optimal decision-making of the irrigation process by integrating multiple data sources such as meteorological data,soil moisture,crop growth status,and irrigation equipment data.The system uses advanced data analysis and machine learning algorithms to conduct real-time monitoring and intelligent analysis of multi-source data,and through the analysis of field data in different crop growing areas,the results show that the system significantly improves the efficiency of water resource use while guaranteeing the water required for crop growth,and is able to optimise the irrigation strategy automatically according to different environmental conditions,promoting the sustainable use of agricultural water resources.The results of this paper can provide theoretical support and technical reference for the development of agricultural intelligent irrigation technology.
