摘要
咳嗽高敏综合征(CHS)是一类不明原因的具有咳嗽敏感性增高特征的慢性咳嗽,目前仍缺乏有效的临床治疗手段。本文基于少阳主枢的理论内涵,论述了少阳枢机不利与CHS核心病机的相关性,提出了和解枢机的基础治则,并以柴胡类方灵活化裁,据症加减,为临床施治提供了新的思路。
Cough hypersensitivity syndrome(CHS)is a chronic cough with unknown etiology,characterized by increased cough sensitivity,and lacks effective therapies.This article expounds the correlation between obstructed qi movement of lesser yang and the pathogenesis of CHs from the theoretical connotation of lesser yang as the pivot of qi movement,and puts forward the basic treatment principles of reconciling the pivot role of lesser yang in qi movement.Bupleuri Radix-based formulas can be used and flexibly modified according to symptoms,which provides a new idea for clinical treatmentof this disease.
